Hi, my name is Danny.

I am a Certified Master Inspector® which is the home inspection industries top professional designation. Over the last 18 years I have been involved in many different facets of construction and home-building, from boots on the ground construction in the residential and commercial world, to construction project and program management. My construction experience paired with my knowledge, education, communication skills and industry leading tools/software are what makes me a great inspector.

If you choose to hire me for your home inspection these are my goals:

I work for you (the buyer), not a realtor, not the seller or anyone else. I will gladly work with everyone else but at the end of the day I will have your best interests in mind!
I will provide a thorough inspection with the goal of providing you with an accurate and easy to read report of your homes current condition.
I will communicate my findings in the most straightforward and easy to understand manner, while also being willing to provide specific details if desired/available.
I will make the inspection process as easy as possible for you and your realtor by doing the following:
- Fast & easy inspection scheduling options (online, phone or text)
- Notify and schedule inspections with the sellers.
- Easy payment options (online debit/credit, cash, check)
- Email updates as necessary throughout the process.
- Same day inspection report.
- Available post inspection for questions or to clarify anything on the inspection report.
